The Inman Park Spring Festival takes place in one of Atlanta’s oldest and most scenic neighborhoods, home to many historic homes and parks. The festival hosts an artists' market, live music, kids activities, a Tour of Homes, an eclectic, funky street parade and some of the city’s best people-watching. The juried Arts and Crafts Show includes more than 150 fine artists working in sculpture, paintings, and photography. I'll be in my usual spot in front of the Trolley Barn on Edgewood Ave., stop by and say "Hello" Sat 4/28 11a-7pm & Sun 4/29 11a-6pm. Atlanta’s largest Street Market also has more than 250 booths of antiques and handcrafted wares. Hope to see you there! For more info. visit www.inmanparkfestival.org

So, I've been experimenting w/new merchandise; trays, candles, t-shirts, tote bags and various other gift ideas for the holidays. Recently I was trying to think of a gift for a friend who needs nothing and is very creative. I decided to create my own label for a tasty bottle of cabernet sauvignon, and was very anxious to see her reaction since I know she loves wine... um, WHITE wine that is (woops). As it turns out, MY birthday is just 2 weeks after hers and I just happen to enjoy cabernet sauvignon (go figure!).

The Decorators Showhouse for the Cure at The Brookwood, Atlanta's first LEED-certified residential high-rise community, was created by Atlanta-based interior designer Jillian Pritchard Cooke. Her eco-friendly show home is dedicated to healthy living, using only sustainable and environmentally-friendly materials and furnishings. Cooke commissioned this 30"X30" tree canvas (above) for the guest bathroom. http://www.des-syn.com/

Tables can be used side by side in front of a sofa or separately as end tables. They're also wired on the back so you can hang them on the wall if you prefer (legs twist off for easy removal).

"What happens at Eclipse di Luna...."

Check out my painting by the bar @ Eclipse di Luna Restaurant & Tapas Bar on Miami Circle. Sunday & Monday nights features Sasha & his hauntingly beautiful flamenco guitar. While you're there say 'hola' to Elias for me, he makes a mean margarita & serves it with a luminous smile.
